Transparency — Providing the trust our employees and partner organizations need by putting the contribution to social values first in everything we do.
Respect for individuals and human rights — Treating every individual equally, without discrimination based on religion, race, language or gender, and informing our employees about the rights of people with disabilities and the rights of children.
General policies
As the representative in Türkiye of Autograph Collection and Tribute Portfolio, brands of Marriott International, one of the international pioneers of the tourism and hospitality industry, we set ourselves apart with our world-class quality and the importance we attach to guest satisfaction. We regularly monitor our guests' satisfaction, stay in constant contact with them throughout their stay, and deliver our service in line with the requirements of our Quality, Guest Satisfaction, Food and Environmental Safety Management System and with our guests' requests and suggestions.
We ensure that every service carried out in our facilities protects the safety and health of our employees and guests, and we make it a principle to work towards the goals we have set for Quality, Guest Satisfaction, Food and Environmental Safety.
We are committed to providing safe food by meeting legal regulations and guest requirements at every stage — from supply and storage to cooking and presentation — of every dish served in our facilities.
We comply with environmental legislation and guest requirements to protect nature and prevent the environmental impact of our activities. We are committed to separating all waste generated by our activities and contributing to its disposal in accordance with the law, and to keeping water, electricity, energy and chemical consumption under control.
In purchasing, suppliers are selected and evaluated with environmental factors in mind.
We know that our people play an important role in fulfilling these policies, and we attach great importance to their training and development. Aware that educated, knowledgeable, self-confident, respectful and responsible people play an important role in our guests' choice, we make it a principle to review and improve our guest experience and management systems.
We separate and measure all waste from our facilities at the source, and ensure its collection, temporary storage, recovery, disposal and post-disposal control. To make sure the right amount of chemicals is used in the right place, we organize regular staff training and provide the necessary equipment and storage conditions.
We follow and apply technological developments to ensure the correct use of natural resources.
We regularly monitor our water, electricity and chemical consumption and take corrective action in case of deviations.
We inform our guests about all our sustainable environmental work and invite them to take part in our social and community activities.
Our aim is to support sustainable tourism through our work, and to help raise quality and protect the resources the business world needs by making as much of a difference as we can.
Employee and human rights policy
Based on the understanding that all people are equal and free in rights and dignity, the DeCamondo Collection group considers creating and maintaining a fair working environment for its employees, in compliance with national and international legislation and regulations, as one of its most important priorities.
In our relations with our employees, guests, suppliers, the local community and all other business partners, we are aware of our responsibility to respect and protect human rights and to encourage others to be sensitive in this regard.
Everyone working at DeCamondo Collection benefits equally from all legally recognized rights and freedoms. No discrimination or harassment of any kind is tolerated, including discrimination based on gender, language, race, religion, belief, sect, philosophical or political opinion, ethnic origin, wealth, birth, marital status, health, disability or age.
All our employees attend an orientation program in which our facilities, rules, opportunities and expectations are explained.
We care about the occupational health and safety of our employees; we take the necessary precautions and provide training so that they can work in appropriate conditions.
Employee needs are reviewed continuously by senior management, with meetings organized when necessary.
Ensuring the safety of our employees, guests and suppliers is the main purpose of our occupational health and safety work.
Our principles: to operate in accordance with the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights; to prefer regional and local suppliers and partners; to train our employees regularly on labour standards and human rights; not to employ child labour; to provide the opportunity to work under equal and standard conditions; to follow a remuneration policy that meets legal regulations and standards; to have a fair and transparent recruitment policy based on diversity, equality and inclusion; to communicate our complaint and disciplinary procedures to all employees when they start work; to provide training opportunities for the professional and personal development of all our employees; and to collect employee feedback to improve well-being at work.
We are committed to continuously improving all our efforts to ensure a healthy and safe working environment in our facilities.
Community cohesion policy
As a group of hotels and restaurants, DeCamondo Collection is committed to supporting and working with our local community, and to conducting each of our services in a way that helps preserve and promote the destination's culture, heritage and local economy.
We believe that staying in constant contact with our local community contributes to the well-being and living spaces of local people. We aim to support initiatives that improve the local economy and society, while respecting and preserving local culture, traditions and ways of life.
To achieve our goals: we encourage our guests to explore the destination's history, culture, traditions and the local products and services offered by our community; we guide our guests on how to behave responsibly towards local people, flora and fauna outside our facilities; we prefer local and regional products and services whenever possible, as stated in our purchasing policy; and we create job opportunities for local people by preferring local staff in recruitment.
We care about offering sign language training to our staff, and we consider creative drama and play workshops for staff children.
Aware of the importance of social responsibility and of our role in society, we take part in social responsibility projects, and we are committed to continuously improving all our work on social cohesion in our businesses.

Sustainable Tourism
The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) defines sustainable tourism as "tourism that takes full account of its current and future economic, social and environmental impacts, addressing the needs of visitors, the industry, the environment and host communities".

Sustainable tourism, which has become a basic necessity of the tourism sector, is an approach that helps us understand the importance of the local community and seeks to maximize the benefits of tourism.
The tourism sector depends on natural, historical and cultural resources. Therefore, for sustainable development, existing natural, cultural and historical resources and basic ecological processes must be protected.
As DeCamondo Collection, we aim to increase the quality of life of the local community, to support social and cultural integration, to protect ecological and biological diversity, and to promote sustainable tourism by preserving environmental quality.
All our activities form the basis of our strategy for our employees and local people to live in a healthier and cleaner environment.
